- Correct. The Free plan has no monthly fee. You only pay a 10% commission when a booking is successfully completed and the appointment takes place. No booking, no fee.
- How does Pro pay for itself?
- Pro reduces your commission from 10% to 8%. On a £120 average booking, that's £2.40 saved per booking. At 13 bookings a month, the commission saving alone covers the £29.99 monthly fee — and you get priority placement and advanced analytics on top.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready, or downgrade back to Free. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do I have to accept every bid?
- Never. Every bid comes to you for review. You can accept, counter with a different price, or decline — always. You stay in complete control of your bookings and pricing.
- How do I get paid?
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. When a booking is completed, your earnings are automatically transferred to your connected bank account. Typically within 2 business days.
- What is a Founding Partner?
- Salons who join during our launch phase are designated Founding Partners. They receive locked-in commission rates, featured placement as the platform grows, and direct input into the product roadmap.
